Founded in 2012, Qingzhou Zerui Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Economic Development Zone, Qingzhou, Shandong Province, dedicating itself to the design, production and sales of liquid filling production lines for many years.
The factory covers an area of 10,000 m2, and the area of the workshop is over 3,000 m2. There are 2 production workshops, 1 product exhibition hall, and 1 office building.
We mainly produce oil, beverage, paste, and chemical filling-sealing equipment and corollary equipment of “Kerui” series. At the same time, we produce matching equipment including bottle brush machine, bottle washing machine, labeling machine, sealing machine, filter, and water treatment equipment, etc.
The products we produce are mainly used in automatic and semi-automatic production packaging of liquids including edible oil, lubricating oil, liquor, wine, healthcare wine, drink, juice, paste, sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, condiment, pesticide, paint, coating material, cosmetics, and skin care product, etc.
There is a series of mechanical equipment needed in the production process including shearing machine, bending machine, punching machine, drilling machine, lathe, milling machine, and cutting machine, etc.
85% of our gross production is supplied to domestic market, and 15% of it is sold abroad every year. We have reached a cooperative relationship with America, Canada, South Korea, Russia, Middle Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa, etc. Our products have got the thumbs-up and good reviews from customers.
